I have some new years resolutions that may be useful for others too.

1. Don’t set unrealistic or difficult goals unless you know you are prepared to do them regardless of any possible setback.

2. Stay out of comment threads and or any other toxic environments you know will be upsetting.

3. Do what you have to do to keep going. Don’t beat yourself up at spending the whole day doing nothing, people are worth more than their economic value.

4. Learn a new skill. Not only will it be fun to try, it will serve as a distraction when you need one.

5. Incorporate as much self love and appreciation as you can into yourself. Treat yourself as though you were a very special close friend.
